Dr Kamaljeet S. Kalsi BDS (Hons), MJDF RCS, Dipl. Clin. Ed

Dr Kam Kalsi graduated from Manchester University in 1999 and went straight in general dental practice in Leicester. He has gained a wealth of experience over the years and then finally moved to Willowbrook Dental Practice in April 2013 as the principle dentist.
Kam is an experienced dentist with special interest in restorative, cosmetic dentistry, and orthodontics. Kam takes great pride in delivering high quality dentistry with a caring and empathetic approach and finds enhancing and transforming his patient’s smiles immensely rewarding.
Kam is committed to continuing professional development and gained his Member of the Joint Dental Faculties qualification in 2009 from the Faculty of General Dental Practice (UK), and has achieved a Diploma in Clinical Education from the Sheffield Hallam University in 2012. Kam has been in an Approved Foundation Dentist Trainer since 2006, and continues to enjoy supporting and training newly qualified dentists into becoming competent and confident dentists. He is currently completing a GDP course in comprehensive orthodontics.
Outside of dentistry, Kam loves spending quality time with his young family, and enjoys keeping fit through outdoor pursuits, cycling, and playing badminton, and supporting charitable causes.
Dr Hitin Wahan

Mr Hitin Wahan qualified as dentist (BDS) from GDC Aurangabad (India) in 2005. Following this he undertook three years full time training in Orthodontics (MDS) from Dr D.Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital Pune India. He completed his International Qualifying Examination in 2008 which allowed him to get registered as dentist in United Kingdom. Hitin is registered as a Specialist Orthodontist with the GDC and has been practising Orthodontics exclusively since July 2014.
Mr Hitin Wahan takes pride in seeing his patients have beautiful and healthy smiles. For adults and children who want a perfect smile, he uses his extensive training and broad experience in treating both adults and children, to give you the smile you deserve.
Outside of orthodontics Hitin enjoys spending quality time with his family and has a passion for cricket.
Dr Shiv Gataure
BDS (University of Cardiff)

Dr Gataure has been a General Dental Practitioner for over 30 years. He has worked as an associate and practice owner. He enjoy’s all forms of dentistry and is passionate about prevention of dental disease. He enjoys playing sports and is an avid reader, with a particular interest in spirituality.
Dr Monica Wilson
BDS (University of wales 1988), DPDS.

Dr Monica Wilson graduated in dentistry from Cardiff University in 1988. Since qualifying she has worked in General dental practice; initially providing general dentistry for adults and children. Monica then went on to do an extra three years of study at Bristol University gaining her diploma of post graduate dental studies (DPOS) IN 2006. This led on to her developing a particular interest in children’s dentistry. Over the last twenty years her calm, gentle manner has helped many children have a very positive experience of dentistry. Dr Wilson has also been involved in the development of the Healthy Teeth Happy Smiles initiative which was launched in 2014 by the Leicester City Council and NHS England to improve the oral health of both children and adults in Leicester and reduce tooth decay and other associated health issues. Outside of dentistry Monica loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys learning new things (currently the cello) and keeping fit.
Jas Kalsi BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance
Dental Practice Manager
Jas joined the Willowbrook Dental team as Practice Manager in April 2013. It is Jas’s role to ensure the practice runs seamlessly and that both staff and patients are happy. Jas is always available to discuss treatments in general and ensures that the patients visit at Willowbrook is always a pleasant one.
Jas and her team work hard to ensure that they provide the best possible customer service and dental care. She ensures her team have a caring ethos at Willowbrook both for the patients and everyone who works within the practice. This has been reflected in ongoing customer satisfaction surveys which are carried out at regular intervals along with feedback comments received at the practice.
Jas regularly updates her continuing professional development in key areas of practice management and regulatory compliance. She ensures all practice policies and procedures are kept up to date in line with current guidelines.
Outside of the practice, she enjoys spending quality time with her lovely children and husband and loves to read non-fiction, particularly personal development books. She also loves to bake in her spare time.
Mrs Monika Abba
Assistant Practice Manager
Monika joined Willowbrook Dental Practice in June 2019 as Assistant Practice Manager. She has 14 years of experience in dental nursing and management in NHS, private and military sector. At Willowbrook, she helps the Practice Manager with daily tasks to make sure all patients and team members are well looked after and the practice meets all necessary compliance.
In spare time Monika also works as a Community Interpreter, specialising in health. She loves long walks with her husband and their dog Oscar, enjoys reading, painting and has interest in astronomy.
Qualified Dental Nurse

Jas has worked within a dental environment since 2014 and gained her NEBDN certificate in Dental nursing in 2016. She has gained a vast amount of knowledge in both the private/nhs sector.
Jas is passionate about dentistry so working alongside the FD to encourage and support them through their journey is something she really finds rewarding.
Jas enjoys treating children and nervous patients and finds cosmetic dentistry very rewarding. Jas loves to encourage and reassure patients to make their journey as smooth as can be. She enjoys promoting good oral hygiene and making a difference to patient’s lives and regularly takes part in school assembly’s and presentations at schools to educate both parents and children, as Willowbrook Dental are part of the ‘Healthy Teeth, Happy Smiles ‘ initiative along with the ‘Advanced starting Well initiative.
Outside of dentistry Jas enjoys boxing to keep fit. Her other passion includes watching motivational videos to keep her mindset positive!
Aysha joined Willowbrook Dental Practice in October 2005 as a dental receptionist where she received further in-house training and qualification in Customer Service NVQ Level 2. Her main role involves administrative tasks, efficient running of the reception area and liaising with team members to ensure excellent care is provided to all our patients. Aysha feels that Willowbrook has provided her with a great opportunity to excel in her communication, organisational, and customer care skills.
She enjoys her job role including patient interaction and working as part of a professional caring team.
Outside of working hours Aysha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, keeping fit by swimming regularly, and keeping updated with the news and current affairs.
Sian joined Willowbrook Dental practice in 2018 as a receptionist. Her main role is making sure all patients are happy and efficient with all work given. Previously Sian worked in a general dental practice as receptionist for 3 years.
Sian uses her previous skills and knowledge to ensure Willowbrook best interests at heart. She always ensures that the patients at Willowbrook Dental are provided with high levels of customer care for every individual patient.
Outside of dentistry she enjoys going to the gym, shopping, spending time with friends and family, and relaxing.
